Four levels of PT
Our personal trainers (PTs) have different experience and competence, and we therefore divide our PTs into four levels to make this visible.
This makes it easier for you as a member to find a PT with the right competence for your training needs. The price for PT is adjusted to correspond with the education and experience they have. A personal trainer who is at the beginning of his career therefore has a lower price than those who have taken more educations and more experience.

SATS has many of the country's best and most successful PTs and by introducing this level system we ensure that we maintain that position. Within SATS, we invest a lot of resources to raise the level of professionalism and competence in our PTs. It is very important that you have good chemistry and establish good relations with your PT, so we recommend that you carefully consider the choice of PT.
THE FOUR PT LEVELS ARE:
PT LEVEL 1
PT under level 1 has completed at least 50% of basic education for PT (equivalent to 60 credits). PT has also completed a PT Start course. PT has no or little experience in the profession.
PT LEVEL 2
PT has completed approved PT education (60 credits), or equivalent education. PT has also completed a PT Start course.
PT LEVEL 3
PT has either a bachelor's degree in relevant education (sports, physiotherapy, etc.) or one-year study (60 credits) + delivered at least 2500 PT hours and completed relevant additional education in at least 10 days.
PT LEVEL 4
PT has either a master's degree in relevant education (sports, physiotherapy, etc.) or one-year study (60 credits) + delivered at least 4500 PT hours and completed relevant additional education in at least 20 days.
